A bottle vase made by combining mixed clays, fired with a transparent glossy glazed interior and matte glazed exterior.
 
This modern rustic bottle captures the look of natural stone, and for me, evokes the landscape of this area of Dartmoor.
 
The bottle is made from a combination of new and recycled clays - very little is wasted in my studio!
 
Each bottle vase is unique, as it is impossible to predict exactly how the clays will blend together in the throwing process, ensuring a nice surprise each time you open the kiln!

Each vase will vary slightly as they are hand made, but that is what makes them unique!
